Commercial internship

6 month stay in Barcelona

We are looking for a motivated commercial intern to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Customer demand management and support by email, phone or in person.
  • Administrative support
  • Assist in apartments visits, reservations and budget management
  • Development of client portfolio and listings
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Barcelona’s real estate market
  • Assist the commercial team in daily tasks and project

Minimum requisites:

  • Strong interest in the real estate market
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Catalan or French appreciated but not mandatory
  • Enthusiastic, autonomous and highly organised individual
  • Good communicator
  • Motivated to learn
  • Ability to work alone or in a team
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package
  • Possibility of signing an internship agreement with a university
  • Minimum 4 months internship
  • We are looking for interns all year round
  • Assist the commercial team in daily tasks and project

Salary:
500 euros gross monthly
+ commission 30 euros per apartment rented
+ incentives
+ unlimited monthly transport tickets
