The shopping center was founded on March 24, 2011, and occupies an area of 106,250 square meters, with approximately one-third of it being retail space. Since its opening, it has become one of the main attractions in l’Eixample.

The first 3 hours are free. From the 4th hour onwards: first 15 minutes – €0.10/min; remaining 45 minutes – €0.05/min; all subsequent minutes – €0.035/min. If you go to the cinema, you get 5 hours free, and if you spend more than €20, parking for the day is free.
