This apartment in Barcelona has 3 bedrooms (one double room and two single rooms) and sleeps 4 people. The apartment has 63 m². The apartment is located in the center of the city. The accommodation is equipped with the following things: elevator, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning, air conditioning, tv. In the vitroceramic open kitchen you will find refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Please note that air conditioning is only in the living room and master bedroom. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper is included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

– Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30€ in cash, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If the check-in is later than 22h, we will charge 50euros, and after 1h, 100euros.

– If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm 100 euros and after 1 am 150 euros.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied (6,25 EUR/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances in the apartment and on the balcony. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).
