This apartment, located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Barcelona, in the heart of Sant Gervasi, has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. The apartment has a total of 88 m², which makes the apartment very spacious. It is a seventh floor with elevator, has plenty of natural light!
The apartment is fully equipped, has elevator, terrace furniture, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, air conditioning and TV. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating.
Please note the following important information before booking:
– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper is included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
– Travel cot/travel crib:
Price: 30,00 EUR per booking. Guests must bring sheets. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-Check-in after hours:
– Our check-in hours are from 15:00 hrs. to 19h, from Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 EUR.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros
– If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, after 22h 100euros and after 1h 150euros.
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied (6,25 EUR/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all the rooms of this apartment, including the balconies.
– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).
