This spacious two bedroom apartment in the heart of Aragó street, one of the most important streets of the city. The apartment is super spacious with 88m2 and we have it fully equipped for you to enjoy it away from home!
The accommodation
This wonderful apartment in the heart of Aragó street in Barcelona, has 88m2 and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. It has a spacious living room with air conditioning in the living room, central heating and access to the balcony and a long hallway leading to a bright fully equipped kitchen with utility room and natural light. The bathroom has a shower.

There is an elevator in the building.

Please note that the air conditioning is only in the living room.

At the moment some neighbors in the building are doing construction work so during the day you may hear some noise.

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during the stay is not included.

– Travel cot/travel crib:
Price: 30,00 EUR per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Out of hours arrival:

– Our check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 EUR.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros

– If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, after 22h 100euros and after 1h 150euros.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied (6,25 EUR/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of this apartment including the balcony.

– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).
