This completely renovated apartment located a few meters from Plaza España. It consists of 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, with capacity for 4 people.

With central heating and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, toaster, kettle, small capsule nexpresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower. There is a balcony overlooking the living room and another one overlooking the master bedroom. It has a separate living room and dining area.

Building with elevator.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in any room of the apartment, including the balconies.

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Replenishment of towels, sheets, and toilet paper is not included.

– Travel cot/travel crib:
Price: 30,00 EUR per booking. Guests must bring sheets. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Out-of-hours check-in:

– Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 EUR.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros.

– If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, from 22h onwards 100euros and after 1h 150euros.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied (6,25 EUR/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).
