The apartment features 4 bedrooms: 3 doubles and 1 single, and has 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

The living room is bright and spacious, with central air conditioning, while central heating ensures a pleasant temperature year-round. The independent kitchen, modern and fully equipped, allows you to prepare meals comfortably.

The building has an elevator, making access easy. The location is excellent: just a few minutes from Sants train station, with fast connections to anywhere in Barcelona and nearby airports. Shops, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

A bright, spacious, and well-located apartment, designed for you to feel at home while discovering Barcelona.

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

– Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

-The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (€6.25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). The tourist tax will increase to €9.50 starting from April 1, 2026.

– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of this flat, including the balconies.

– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Staying in the Sants neighborhood allows you to enjoy Barcelona from a quiet, authentic, and well-connected area. This neighborhood combines residential charm with a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local markets, offering a closer experience of daily life in the city.

The apartment is very close to Sants train station, one of Barcelona’s main transport hubs, making it easy to explore the entire city and take excursions to nearby areas, including the airport and other Catalan towns.

Within walking distance, you can visit the Mercat de Sants to discover fresh products and local life, or stroll along Avinguda de Roma and Carrer de Sants, streets lined with shops, bars, and typical restaurants. The area is also well connected for quick access to Montjuïc, where you can find museums, gardens, and the Olympic Stadium, or to Camp Nou, the iconic stadium of FC Barcelona, a must-see for football fans.

Additionally, from Sants it’s easy to reach central Barcelona, the Gothic Quarter, El Born, and other tourist areas by metro, train, or bus, making your stay a comfortable and strategic base to explore the city while enjoying the tranquility of a residential neighborhood.

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
