This apartment in Barcelona has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 singles) and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment has 54 m². Apartment recommended for families, not groups of young people. The apartment is located in the city center.
It has elevator, iron, shared internet access (wifi), balcony, central heating and air conditioning, 1 TV.
Separate kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Public transport is at street level and the subway is just a few minutes from the apartment.
The neighborhood has supermarkets, stores and restaurants and other services. The subway stop connects directly to the train station and the airport.
It is 110 m from the bus stop, 180 m from the metro station Poble Sec (l3), 2 km from the train station Sants Estacio, 4 km from the “Playa de la Barceloneta”, 13 km from the airport “Aeropuerto el Prat”.
Currently the building next door is undergoing some works so during the day you may hear some noise.
Please note the following important information before booking:
– Replenishment of towels, sheets, and toilet paper is not included.
– Travel cot/travel crib:
Price: 30,00 EUR per booking. Guests must bring sheets. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-Out-of-hours check-in:
– Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 EUR.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros
– If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, from 22h onwards 100euros and after 1h 150euros.
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (6,25 EUR/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony.
– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to that of the police).
