In the area there are lots of lovely squares where you can enjoy the sea breeze. Barceloneta beach is only a 600 metre walk away.

Just a stone’s throw from the apartment you’ll find bus stops, train stations. The Barceloneta community centre, which hosts dance shows, showcasing everything from flamenco to contemporary dance, as well as local artist exhibitions. This seaside neighbourhood is also home to the Museum of the History of Catalonia, where you can find out more about the region’s history and origins. And it is also well worth visiting the Clock Tower with its neoclassical architecture.

Enjoy a stroll around the port and take the cable car up Montjuïc hill. The area has excellent public transport connections with the rest of the city.
