This 2 bedroom apartment is in the center of the city! Walking distance to many of the main attractions and is fully equipped to make your stay a fantastic experience!
The space
In this apartment you will feel at home away from home.

We have three spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed), a fully equipped bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchen where you will have everything you need to make your stay an experience.

Two large balconies that can be accessed from the living room and the main double bedroom.
The apartment has Wifi for our guests and air conditioning / central heating. We also have a washing machine for use during your stay.

Public transport is at street level and the subway is just a few minutes from the apartment. The neighborhood enjoys supermarkets, stores and restaurants and other services. The metro stop connects directly to the train station and the airport.

The city center, Plaça Catalunya is a 20 minute walk, so we always recommend enjoying the streets of Barcelona and its fantastic architecture. You will be surprised.

This neighborhood, located at the foot of Montjuïc, is fashionable among young people for its multicultural atmosphere.

A popular, multicultural and working-class neighborhood, Poble-sec maintains a popular character and a varied culture. Its main arteries are Carrer de Blai, which functions as a small boulevard full of bars and stores alike, and Plaça del Sortidor,

In addition to industrial activity, being located behind the Paral-lel, Poble-sec has also always been associated with show business. With emblematic theaters such as El Molino, Apolo, Condal and Victòria, which offer a wide and varied stage offer, the cultural life has boosted a new gastronomic offer in the neighborhood.

We recommend getting around on foot or by public transport. You can also go to the city center by bicycle or electric motorcycle.

The building next door is currently undergoing some construction work, so during the day you may hear some noise.

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper is included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

– Travel cot/travel crib:
Price: 30,00 EUR per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Out-of-hours check-in:

– Our check-in hours are from 15:00 to 19h, from Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 EUR.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros

– If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, from 22h onwards 100euros and after 1h 150euros.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6,25 EUR/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).
