Vacation rental flat with 2 bedrooms & balcony

Apartment in Barcelona with 2 bedrooms (one double and one single) and capacity for 3 people. The spacious apartment is fully decorated to welcome our guests and make them feel at home away from home.
The accommodation is 60 m². It has elevator, terrace, iron, shared community internet access (wifi), large private terrace, air conditioning and heat pump in living room and master bedroom, hot water heater, 1 TV and equipped kitchen.
The accommodation
The independent induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

We have three spacious bedrooms (one with double bed, one with single bed and one office without bed), bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchen where you can have everything you need to make your stay as complete as possible. an experience.

A patio that can be accessed from the living room and the master double bedroom.
The apartment has Wifi for our guests and air conditioning / central heating. We also have a washing machine for use during your stay.

Public transport is at street level and the subway is just a few minutes from the apartment. The neighborhood has supermarkets, stores and restaurants and other services. The subway stop connects directly to the train station and the airport.

The building next door is currently undergoing some construction work so during the day you may hear some noise.

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper is included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

– Travel cot/travel crib:
Price: 30,00 EUR per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Out-of-hours check-in:

– Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 EUR.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros

– If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, after 22h 100euros and after 1h 150euros.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (6,25 EUR/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the apartment, including the terrace.

– NO parties or meetings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).
