It has 2 double bedrooms, separate dressing room, living room with access to the balcony and bathroom with shower. Elevator.

Keep in mind that the popular festivities of grace are celebrated from August 15 to August 21 and that there may be noise.

The AC is in the main room and in the living room.

– Towels, linens as well as toilet paper is included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

– Travel cot/travel crib:
Price: 30,00 EUR per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Check-in after hours:

– Our check-in hours are from 15:00 hrs. to 19h, from Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 EUR.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros

– If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, after 22h 100euros and after 1h 150euros.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (6,25 EUR/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).

Public transportation is at street level and the subway is only a few minutes away from the apartment.

The neighborhood enjoys supermarkets, stores and restaurants and other services. The subway stop connects directly to the train station and the airport.
