Have you decided to move to Barcelona or would you like to change your accommodation in Barcelona?

LOCA BARCELONA offers long-term rental apartments with contracts ranging from 6 months up to 5-7 years. The apartments we offer are either managed by us or are marketed by our team. The difference? Either LOCA BARCELONA remains your contact person, or, after the signing of the rental agreement, your contact person becomes the owner of the apartment directly.

FEATURES OF LONG TERM RENTALS

Our real estate listings consists of offers of furnished, semi-furnished or unfurnished apartments with equipped kitchens or not and some with a parking option, others with a community pool. Our apartments are all located in the city of Barcelona.

MAINTENANCE

We have a maintenance team ready to solve any problems that you may encounter during your stay. These include electricity and plumbing issues.

INSURANCE

The apartments have home insurance for risks such as water and fire damages, etc. Be careful: this does not cover your personal belongings.

ELECTRICITY, WATER AND GAS

LOCA BARCELONA is responsible for changing the ownership of accounts with water, gas and electricity companies.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Employment contract or proof of the constitution of your company, or proof of registration at a university/school.
2. Last tax return
3. Last three payslips
4. Identity document
Note
The acceptance of the file is subject to the approval of the owner
In some cases, other references or supporting documents may be requested to verify bank solvency.

ECONOMIC CONDITIONS

1. Deposit equivalent to 2 months’ rent (deposited in Incasol)
2. Current rent, calculated according to your date of entry
3. Agency fees: amount corresponding to 10% of the total yearly rent + VAT
