This amount is calculated according to the number of rooms in the apartment (1 room 90\u20ac, 2 rooms 120\u20ac, 3 rooms 160\u20ac, 4 rooms and beyond 220\u20ac). It is an estimate of the loads corresponding to the consumption of electricity, gas and water. At the end of the contract, the meters are read and the total amount will be updated to match your actual consumption. If you consumed more than the amount of the provision, we will charge the difference of the deposit. Conversely, if you consumed less than the provision, we will credit you the difference on the deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Long terms rental<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charges are not included in the rent, they are the responsibility of the tenant. Loca Barcelona takes care of the change of ownership procedure with local supplier companies.
