\nThis apartment in Barcelona has 50 m\u00b2, has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 singles) and can accommodate 4 people. The accommodation is equipped with the following things: elevator, office, iron, shared internet access (wifi), hair dryer, balcony, heating and air conditioning, 1 TV.<\/p>\n
In the kitchen there is refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery\/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Apartment recommended for families, not for groups of young people.<\/p>\n
It is located 60 m from the bus stop, 180 m from Poble Sec metro station (l3), 600 m from Arenas shopping center, 2 km from Sants Estacio train station, 4 km from Barceloneta beach, 14 km from El Prat airport.<\/p>\n
The building next door is currently undergoing some works so during the day you may hear some noise.<\/p>\n
Please note the following important information before booking:<\/p>\n
– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper is included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.<\/p>\n
– Travel cot\/Travel crib:
\nPrice: 30,00 EUR per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.<\/p>\n
-Out-of-hours check-in:<\/p>\n
– Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 EUR.<\/p>\n
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros<\/p>\n
– If the day of arrival is 24\/12, 25\/12, 26\/12, 31\/12 and 01\/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, after 22h 100euros and after 1h 150euros.<\/p>\n
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (6,25 EUR\/person\/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).<\/p>\n
– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.<\/p>\n
– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and\/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).
