The accommodation is equipped with the following things: elevator, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning, air conditioning, tv. In the vitroceramic open kitchen you will find refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes\/cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.<\/p>\n

Please note the following important information before booking:<\/p>\n

– Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30\u20ac in cash, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. If the check-in is later than 22h, we will charge 50euros, and after 1h, 100euros.<\/p>\n
– If the day of arrival is 24\/12, 25\/12, 26\/12, 31\/12 and 01\/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm 100 euros and after 1 am 150 euros.<\/p>\n
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied (6,25 EUR\/person\/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).<\/p>\n
– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances in the apartment and on the balcony. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.<\/p>\n
– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and\/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).
