– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper is included on arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.<\/p>\n

\nPrice: 30,00 EUR per booking. Guests must bring bed linen. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.<\/p>\n
After hours check-in:<\/p>\n
– Our check-in hours are from 15:00 hrs. to 19h, Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and after 1h 100 EUR.<\/p>\n
– If the day of arrival is a local or bank holidays, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros.<\/p>\n
– If the day of arrival is 24\/12, 25\/12, 26\/12, 31\/12 and 01\/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10pm, from 10pm onwards 100 EUR and after 1am 150 EUR.<\/p>\n
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (6,25\u20ac\/person\/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).<\/p>\n
– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the flat will result in immediate eviction from the flat and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the balcony.<\/p>\n
– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and\/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500\u20ac (in addition to that of the police).
