– If the day of arrival is a local or bank holidays, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros.<\/p>\n
– If the day of arrival is 24\/12, 25\/12, 26\/12, 31\/12 and 01\/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, from 22h onwards 100 EUR and after 1h 150 EUR.<\/p>\n
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied (6,25\u20ac\/person\/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).<\/p>\n
– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the flat will result in immediate eviction from the flat and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of this flat, including the terrace and balconies.<\/p>\n
– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and\/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).
