Apartment recommended for families, not groups of young people. It has elevator, iron, shared internet access (wifi), balcony, 4 fans. In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes\/cutlery, coffee machine and kettle.<\/p>\n
It is located 110 m from the bus station, 180 m from the metro station Poble Sec (l3), 2 km from the train station Sants Estacio, 4 km from the \u201cPlaya de la Barceloneta\u201d, 13 km from the airport \u201cAeropuerto el Prat\u201d .<\/p>\n
This apartment does not have air conditioning. Fans and stoves are available for winter and summer.<\/p>\n
The building next door is currently undergoing some works so during the day you may hear some noise.<\/p>\n

After hours check-in:<\/p>\n
– Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 EUR.<\/p>\n
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros<\/p>\n
– If the day of arrival is 24\/12, 25\/12, 26\/12, 31\/12 and 01\/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, after 22h 100euros and after 1h 150euros.<\/p>\n
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (6,25 EUR\/person\/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).<\/p>\n
– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony.<\/p>\n
– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and\/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).<\/p>\n
