It features a sofa bed in the living room in addition to the double bedroom, offering flexibility and comfort for different types of guests. The 20 m\u00b2 terrace is a true highlight: from there you can enjoy the Sagrada Familia up close, an incredible sight, especially at sunrise or sunset, when the light transforms the fa\u00e7ade into a breathtaking visual spectacle.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The apartment is very bright, thanks to its orientation and large windows. It has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, as well as heating, ensuring comfort year-round. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal, from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>-Extra guest:<\/p>\n<p>Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged&nbsp;\u20ac10&nbsp;per&nbsp;night.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>-Arrival after hours:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge \u20ac30 in cash, after 10pm it will be \u20ac50.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; If the arrival day is 12\/25, 12\/26 and 01\/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply. (\u20ac6,25\/person\/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited smoking inside the apartment and on the terrace.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
