LOCA BARCELONA offers 3 types of rental services in Barcelona. The difference between contracts is mainly based on the length of your stay.
Temporary rental: these are rental contracts for a stay between 32 days and 11 months. The apartments are fully furnished, equipped and have internet/WIFI connection.
Long-term rental: this is a classic rental contract for a period of at least 6 months up to 5 years (or 7 years). The apartments can be furnished or not furnished.
Tourist rental: these are apartments to enjoy a stay of at least 3 days up to a maximum of 1 month. The price of the stay is all inclusive (fully equipped and furnished accommodation, charges, sheets, towels and Internet).
