This apartment is located in one of the most fashionable areas of Barcelona, Avinguda Parallel, where you can find everything around the corner, fantastic kitchens, theaters and shopping areas.
It can accommodate up to 4 people and is fully equipped for everything you need during your stay. It is also recommended for families, not groups of young people.
The accommodation
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. It is fully equipped and has 50 m². The accommodation is equipped with the following things: elevator, iron, shared internet (wifi), hair dryer, balcony, central heating, air conditioned in the whole house, 1 television. In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The house is located 60 m from the bus stop, 180 m from Poble Sec metro station (l3), 600 m from Arenas shopping center, 2 km from Sants Estacio train station, 4 km from Barceloneta beach, 14 km from El Prat airport. The house is located in the city center.
Please note the following important information before booking:
– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper is included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
– Travel cot/Travel crib:
Price: 30,00 EUR per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-Out-of-hours check-in:
– Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 EUR.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros
– If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, after 22h 100euros and after 1h 150euros.
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (6,25 EUR/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony.
– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to that of the police).
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
