The apartment features three bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to offer comfort and flexibility for families or groups of friends. It includes one triple bedroom with bunk beds, one double bedroom, and a third bedroom with two single beds, providing comfortable accommodation for different types of travelers. All rooms are designed to ensure a pleasant rest after a day of sightseeing.
There are two full bathrooms with showers, offering added convenience, especially for shared stays or longer visits. The open-plan American-style kitchen is well equipped and integrated into the main living space, allowing you to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full meals, just like at home.
The living room is cozy and functional, equipped with a split air-conditioning unit, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. In addition, the apartment has two more air-conditioning units: one in the double bedroom and another in the bedroom with two single beds, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional Eixample building. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, and access is via stairs, which are somewhat narrow. This is an important detail for guests with reduced mobility or large luggage.
Its location in the Eixample Right offers excellent connections to the rest of the city, as well as a wide variety of nearby restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and public transport options. Please take into account the following important information before booking:
– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
