Welcome to our bright and cozy apartment on Floridablanca, in the heart of Barcelona. This 50 m² tourist apartment is perfect for up to 3 guests, ideal for couples, friends, or small groups looking to explore the city comfortably.

The apartment features 2 double bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning to ensure a restful night even on the warmest days. The living room also has air conditioning, providing a cool and comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Enjoy a full bathroom with shower and an independent fully equipped kitchen, including a toaster, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to your favorite meals.

The building has an elevator, making access easy. Its central location allows you to walk around Barcelona and enjoy nearby restaurants, shops, bars, and public transport.

This apartment combines comfort, functionality, and location to make your stay in Barcelona unforgettable.

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

– Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50, and after midnight it will be 80 euros.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m., and after midnight it will be €80.

– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the flat.

– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Floridablanca is really close to Sant Antoni, one of Barcelona’s most dynamic neighborhoods, and also relatively close to Poble Sec and Paral·lel. Expanding the tourist description, we can highlight activities and places in Sant Antoni, making your guide more complete for visitors.
