The flat has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with single beds, offering flexibility to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Two of the bedrooms overlook Avenida Paral·lel and have private balconies, providing natural light and views of Barcelona’s vibrant urban life.

The flat has a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped separate kitchen, designed for you to prepare your meals in comfort during your stay. Centralised air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the year, while shared Wi-Fi allows you to stay connected without any problems.

The building has an old lift, characteristic of classic Barcelona buildings, which can generate some noise at certain times. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the flat, including balconies and terraces, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.

Thanks to its location on Avenida Paral·lel, you will be close to Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public transport, with easy access to the city’s main points of interest. This flat combines comfort, brightness and practical layout, making it an ideal choice for enjoying Barcelona in an authentic and peaceful way.

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

– Travel cot:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day and night.

-Arrival after hours:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged €10 per night.

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

• Smoking is strictly forbidden. Any evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least €400.

• No parties or gatherings allowed. If police or neighbors intervene, a €500 fine will apply.

Guests have access to all the apartment.

Just a few minutes’ walk away you’ll find the Teatre Victòria, Teatre Condal and the famous Sala Apolo, making the area the ‘Broadway of Barcelona’.

Near the flat is Carrer de Blai, a street full of tapas and pinchos bars that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine.

Montjuïc and green areas

A few steps away you can enjoy Montjuïc, an area full of gardens, museums and viewpoints. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very popular for its night-time light and water show.

Excellent connections

The area has metro and bus services and quick access to tourist attractions such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the historic centre.
