It includes a modern and functional bathroom with a shower.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed to let you prepare your meals comfortably, whether for a short stay or a longer one.

The bright and welcoming living-dining area opens onto a private balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day.

To ensure maximum comfort all year round, the apartment offers air conditioning in the living-dining area and in the rear bedroom, as well as heating, adapting to every season.

The building is equipped with an elevator, adding extra convenience to your stay.

A functional and well-equipped accommodation, ideal for guests looking for a comfortable stay in an authentic area of Barcelona, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, public transport, and leisure areas.

The apartment is equipped with motion sensors that are activated only when the apartment is vacant and/or during periods with no reservations.

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

– Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50, and after midnight it will be 80 euros.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m., and after midnight it will be €80.

– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

– – The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

You have access to the entire flat.
