The apartment features two bedrooms: a double room perfect for couples and a bunk-bed room ideal for children. The open-plan kitchen seamlessly connects with the living-dining area, creating a bright and spacious space for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying quality time together. The vaulted ceilings add character and elegance, reflecting the historic charm of the building.

With 75 m², this apartment offers a warm and cozy atmosphere with functional and stylish décor. Amenities include a washing machine, iron, wifi, hairdryer, balcony, central heating, fans in the living room and bedrooms, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils.

The building has an elevator, making access easy. While there is no air conditioning, the fans and natural ventilation ensure a comfortable stay. Perfect for families or groups of up to 4 guests, this apartment is your ideal base to experience Barcelona in comfort and style.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros. –

If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15euros will apply.

– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
