The apartment has two double bedrooms, designed for rest, and a full bathroom with shower, practical and functional. It has air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, guaranteeing comfort during the warmer months.
The living room is bright and pleasant, with access to a balcony overlooking a large outdoor courtyard, a quiet space typical of traditional buildings in Barcelona, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The building has an old elevator, typical of the city’s classic buildings; at times it can generate some noise. The accommodation offers shared wifi, suitable for standard use during the stay.
Thanks to its location on Avenida Paral·lel, you’ll be close to Poble-sec, Montjuïc, the port and Las Ramblas, with excellent public transport links.
A functional accommodation, well located and with the charm of the most authentic Barcelona, perfect for an urban stay in a group or with the family.
Currently the building next door is doing some works so during the day it is possible to hear some noise.
Please note the following important information before booking:
– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper is included on arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
– Baby crib:
Price: EUR 30.00 per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it to them if available
-Extra Guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of €10 per night.
-The use of the elevator by the neighbours can generate noise during the day and night.
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). Administration fee 15 euros.
– Smoking IS NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or being aware that smoking in the apartment will result in the immediate eviction of the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking in the apartment or balcony is prohibited.
– Parties or gatherings are not ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or intervenes by the police, security or neighbors, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to that of the police)

Near the apartment is Carrer de Blai, a street full of tapas bars and pinchos that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine.
Montjuïc and green areas
Just a stone’s throw away is Montjuïc, a space full of gardens, museums and viewpoints. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very popular for its nightly light and water show.
Excellent connection
The area has a metro, buses and quick access to tourist spots such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the historic centre.
This accommodation is ideal for families, small groups, students or business travellers looking for a strategic location with services, atmosphere and comfort.
The property will not be liable under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any removal of property that may occur within the premises of our short-term rentals.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
