Located in a building with a lift, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, central heating, 4 fans, and TV, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The balcony provides natural light and a pleasant space to enjoy some fresh air or a morning coffee.

The independent gas-powered kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, perfect for preparing meals just like at home.

Thanks to its convenient location, you’ll have easy access to Barcelona’s main attractions while enjoying the calm atmosphere of the neighborhood, close to shops, public transport, and local services.

A practical, comfortable, and well-located apartment—ideal for exploring Barcelona by day and relaxing at night.

There will be construction work on the façade and balconies of the flats located at number 2 of the building’s entrances, which will be inaccessible. From 9 January to 23 February. THE BALCONY OF THIS PROPERTY WILL BE INACCESSIBLE.

Please take note of the following important information before booking:

There is construction work on the floor above, so your stay may be affected by construction noise.

– Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

– Travel cot/Travel cot:

Price: 30.00 EUR per booking. Guests must bring sheets. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it

-Late arrival:

– Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50, and after midnight it will be 80 euros.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m., and after midnight it will be €80.

– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

– – The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

– NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Near the Sagrada Família and surroundings

1. Sagrada Família Basilica – An impressive masterpiece by Antoni Gaudí and one of Barcelona’s most iconic symbols. A must-see visit where you can stroll around the square and take spectacular photos.

2. Avinguda de Gaudí – A pedestrian avenue connecting the Sagrada Família with the Hospital de Sant Pau, full of cafés, urban art and a lively local atmosphere.

3. Hospital de the Santa Creu i Sant Pau – A modernist complex declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, ideal for exploring unique architecture and peaceful gardens.

4. Passeig de Sant Joan – A popular boulevard with shops, cafés and pleasant walking areas, just a few minutes’ walk from the Sagrada Família.

5. Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella – Within walking distance or a short metro ride, this historic arch and large park with a lake, zoo and museums are perfect for spending an afternoon.
