Welcome to this bright and cozy apartment in Barcelona, perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests. With 3 bedrooms and 74 m², it provides a comfortable and well-organized space to enjoy the city.
The apartment is located in a building with a lift and features a washing machine, internet access (wifi), balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, and a television. Ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or working comfortably from home.

There will be construction work on the façade and balconies of the flats located at number 2 of the building’s entrances, which will be inaccessible. From 9 January to 23 February.

– Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
– Baby cot:
Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-Additional guest:
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.
-Late arrival:
– Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
– NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)
