Welcome to this bright and comfortable apartment in Barcelona, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests, offering 64 m² of well-designed living space.

Located in a building with a lift, the apartment ensures easy access and convenience. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, enjoy a cozy atmosphere with central heating, and keep cool with air conditioning throughout the apartment. Step out onto the balcony for some fresh air or a morning coffee.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home.

This apartment is ideally located to explore Barcelona’s main attractions while enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day.

There will be construction work on the façade and balconies of the flats located at number 2 of the building’s entrances, which will be inaccessible. From 9 January to 23 February. THE BALCONY OF THIS PROPERTY WILL BE INACCESSIBLE.

The building has a lift.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15euros will apply.

– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Near the Sagrada Família and surroundings

1. Sagrada Família Basilica – An impressive masterpiece by Antoni Gaudí and one of Barcelona’s most iconic symbols. A must-see visit where you can stroll around the square and take spectacular photos.

2. Avinguda de Gaudí – A pedestrian avenue connecting the Sagrada Família with the Hospital de Sant Pau, full of cafés, urban art and a lively local atmosphere.

3. Hospital de the Santa Creu i Sant Pau – A modernist complex declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, ideal for exploring unique architecture and peaceful gardens.

4. Passeig de Sant Joan – A popular boulevard with shops, cafés and pleasant walking areas, just a few minutes’ walk from the Sagrada Família.
