The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the living space, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as tableware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, perfect for preparing meals just like at home.

The building has an elevator, making access to the apartment easy and convenient.

The apartment is located on Independència Street, in a quiet and well-connected area of Barcelona. It is just six blocks from the Sagrada Familia, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, and offers easy access to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, and local shops.

An ideal accommodation for guests looking for comfort, a great location, and an authentic Barcelona experience.

Please take note of the following important information before booking:

– Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

– Baby cot:

Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Additional guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.

-Late arrival:

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15euros will apply.

– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.

– NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Sagrada Familia – About six blocks away. Gaudí’s iconic temple is a must-see, with guided tours and the option to climb the towers.

Hospital de Sant Pau – 10–15 minutes on foot. UNESCO World Heritage site with modernist architecture and beautiful inner gardens.

Passeig de Sant Joan – A nearby street for strolling and enjoying cafés, bookstores, and local shops.

Mercat de la Sagrada Família – Traditional market to try fresh products and enjoy the local atmosphere.

Bicing / bike routes – Public bike stations are available to explore neighborhoods like Eixample or Gràcia.

Walk around Eixample: admire modernist architecture and iconic buildings.

Discover local cafés and bakeries, such as Forn Baluard or La Donuteria (delicious pastries).
