The independent induction kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite meals.
Relax with air conditioning throughout the apartment, electric radiator heating, internet access (wifi), TV, iron, hairdryer, and a balcony to enjoy the outdoors.

Please take into account the following important information before making the reservation:
– Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change is not included during your stay.
– Baby cot:
Price: 30.00 GBP per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.
– Arrival outside the usual hours:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15euros will apply.
– SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having knowledge that smoking occurs in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is completely prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
– PARTIES AND MEETINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 € (in addition to the police fine).
The property will not be liable under any circumstances for theft, burglary, or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
