The space

Welcome to our cozy tourist apartment in Entença, located in a quiet and well-connected area of Barcelona’s Eixample. This bright two-bedroom apartment is perfect for families, couples, or small groups, accommodating up to 2 guests.

The apartment features two double beds, a full bathroom with a shower, and a living-dining area with air conditioning, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, perfect for preparing your meals just like at home.

The building has an elevator, making access to the apartment easy. Thanks to its central location, you’ll have restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transport within reach, allowing you to explore Barcelona comfortably on foot.

This apartment combines comfort, functionality, and location, providing the perfect base for an unforgettable stay in Barcelona.

At the moment there are some flats in the building that are doing some refurbishment, so some noise may occur during the stay.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros. –

If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Walking through the streets of the Eixample, you’ll discover numerous modernist buildings worth photographing and admiring.

The neighborhood invites you to stroll along its lively avenues and streets, from Rambla de Catalunya to Carrer Provença, where you’ll find shops, cafés, and local businesses that capture the essence of the area. You can also follow cultural routes toward the Sagrada Família or the Hospital de Sant Pau, combining history, architecture, and green spaces.
