The space

Enjoy this bright 63 m² flat, ideal for a comfortable stay in Barcelona and perfect for up to 4 people. Thanks to its orientation and large balcony overlooking a large interior courtyard, the flat receives plenty of natural light throughout the day, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

The flat has three bedrooms: one double and two single rooms, offering a practical layout for both families and small groups. It has a functional and modern full bathroom with a shower. The living room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, as is the master bedroom, ensuring a pleasant temperature at any time of year.

The private balcony is one of the apartment’s great attractions, ideal for relaxing, having breakfast or enjoying sunny days in a quiet environment, away from the noise of the street. The brightness and tranquillity of the interior courtyard make this flat a perfect place to rest after a day exploring the city.

A comfortable, bright and well-distributed flat, designed to make you feel at home and enjoy your stay in Barcelona to the fullest.

Note that the AC is only located in the living room and in the master bedroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Guests have access to all the apartment.

• Sant Antoni Market: a must for discovering local products, tapas, indoor bars and an authentic atmosphere. On Sundays, the famous book and collectibles market is held.

• Tapas and vermouth in iconic bars such as those on Carrer Parlament and the surrounding area.

• Brunch and speciality coffees, very popular in the area, perfect for a leisurely breakfast.

• International and signature cuisine restaurants, one of the neighbourhood’s strong points.

Walks and leisure

• Stroll along Carrer Parlament and Ronda de Sant Antoni, full of terraces and local atmosphere.

• Walk to the Raval or El Poble-sec neighbourhoods, just a few minutes away.

• Walk to Las Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya, easily accessible on foot.

Culture and entertainment

• Theatres on Paral·lel, ideal for musicals, comedy and live shows.

• MACBA and CCCB museums, very close by, in the Raval.

• Cinemas and alternative venues scattered throughout the neighbourhood.

Shopping and markets

• Local shops and independent boutiques.

• Bookshops and vintage shops, especially around Ronda de Sant Antoni.
